Mary has 20 years experience in the Engineering, Construction and Real Estate industries. Currently, Mary serves as InConcreto‘s Vice President and General Secretary with direct focus on Finance and Accounting working closely with our Executive Team and Board.  Mary leads our SAP finance management ERP and assists in the development of SOP and oversight of standard best practices & policies in-line with all standard country accounting rules & regulations.

• Oversee Finance and Accounting initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the executive leadership team
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Review and execute all accounting activities and help develop corporate standard operating procedures
• Provide knowledge and skill gaps for corporate ERP system
• Coordinate HR organizational requirements and project control productivity optimization
