Héloïse Molin has over 15 years of experience and recognized expertise in strategy deployment, strategic performance management, operational excellence, change, programme and project management in the Pharma/Biotech industry. She led diverse teams, ranging from transformational global programmes to manufacturing supply teams. Among her accomplishments, she has provided supply chain solutions (from incoming materials up to shipment) to meet targets and deliver products according to demand. As President Chief of Staff, she orchestrated and directed communications for investors, actively contributed to the definition of the GSK Vaccines Executive Strategy and supported its roll-out. As Strategic Performance Leader, she managed the strategic portfolio designed to drive the Vaccines global organisation transformational goals
